Land handover ceremony of Lot D6.3 - Ca Mau Potassium Fertilizer Production Co., Ltd
On September 19, 2022, at Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park, the Handover Ceremony of Land Lot D 6.3 Ca Mau Potassium Fertilizer Production Company Limited and IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company took place.
The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors and staff of departments Ca Mau Potassium Fertilizer Production Co., Ltd and IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company. On the side of IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company (IPD) with the attendance of: Mr. Nguyen Minh Tu - Deputy Head of Project Engineering Department and staff of the Department of Planning and Investment.
After many efforts to implement the contract, today, September 19, 2022 at Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park, the Handover Ceremony of Land Lot D 6.3" was held under the direct supervision of representatives of the two companies. This is a favorable initial step in the contract implementation process and opens up opportunities for development and attachment in the near future.
Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park - Industrial Park won the silver prize of the 2nd National Urban Planning Prize
The industrial park has a total area of 128.8 hectares. Main traffic system with 4 lanes, 22m wide, internal traffic system with 2 lanes, 14m wide, sidewalks, trees in the area. At Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, including: land for rent, ready-built factories, custom-built factories, warehouses. The terrain is suitable for both road and water traffic. By road, Provincial Road 826B passes through the project connecting with National Highway 50 connecting Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta provinces, helping traffic from Ho Chi Minh City to the industrial park less than 1 hour. In terms of waterways, this area has a length of more than 3 km bordering the Vam Co river and a wharf in the future, which is expected to receive ships up to 20,000 DWT. This is a transshipment port to dynamic western economic regions.
