At the New Year 2022, Phuoc Dong Industrial Park and Port welcomes the delegation to visit
On the occasion of the first Lunar New Year 2022, the whole country welcomes a new spring, Phuoc Dong Long An Bridge Industrial Park solemnly welcomes a delegation of senior leaders to visit and wish New Year at the office of the industrial park. Participating in the delegation were: Ms. Phan Thi Thang, who is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Major General, Associate Professor, Doctor, People's Center Nguyen Hong Son, Director of Military Hospital 175.Mr. Ho Van Tri - Acting General Director of IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company on behalf of Industrial Zone held a solemn welcome at the company's office. In the bustling atmosphere to welcome the new spring, Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park will also have a strong transformation, becoming an economic bright spot in Long An Province. Phuoc Dong Industrial Park and Port has a total area of 128.8 hectares. Main traffic system with 4 lanes, 22m wide, internal traffic system with 2 lanes, 14m wide, sidewalks, trees in the area. At Phuoc Dong Industrial Park and Port, there are: land for rent, ready-built factories, custom-built factories, warehouses. The terrain is suitable for both road and water traffic. By road, Provincial Road 826B passes through the project connecting with National Highway 50 connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta provinces, helping traffic from Ho Chi Minh City to the industrial park less than 1 hour. In terms of waterways, this area has a length of more than 3 km bordering the Vam Co river and a wharf in the future, which is expected to be able to receive ships up to 20,000 DWT. On May 4, 2026, at Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of High-rise Factory Cluster and 110kV Transmission Line - Transformer Station, and at the same time broke ground on the Worker Housing - Expert Housing Project. The event marks an important development step in the strategy of perfecting a modern, synchronous and sustainable industrial ecosystem in the Southern region.
On the morning of April 29, 2026, in Tay Ninh, IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company officially broke ground on a High-rise Factory cluster integrated with 110kV power infrastructure and a worker and expert housing development. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project contributes to completing a modern, fully integrated, and sustainable industrial park ecosystem.
For the first time in Vietnam, an international design competition for a multi-storey factory complex has been organized at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port, opening a new approach to industrial park development – where architecture, operations, and investment efficiency converge.
