Theo dữ liệu lớn (big data) của Batdongsan.com.vn, hầu hết các loại hình của thị trường BĐS nói chung đều chịu những tác động tiêu cực từ Covid-19. Báo cáo thị trường quý 3/2020 của Batdongsan.com.vn cho thấy, mức độ quan tâm loại hình nhà mặt phố cho thuê tại Hà Nội và TP. Hồ Chí Minh (TP.HCM) giảm 11% so với quý 2/2020. Nhiều khu vực đất nền phía Nam như Bình Dương và Đồng Nai có mức độ quan tâm giảm lần lượt là 3% và 13% từ Q2 sang Q3/2020.
Tuy nhiên, trên nền xám của bức tranh thị trường, BĐS công nghiệp lại trở thành điểm sáng trong năm nay và dự báo cho cả năm 2021 bởi những tác động từ các hiệp định thương mại (EVFTA, RCEP); kế hoạch lập nhà máy sản xuất tại Việt Nam của nhiều tập đoàn; việc kiểm soát dịch bệnh của Việt Nam được cộng đồng quốc tế đánh giá cao cũng là lực kéo quan trọng để kinh tế có thêm nhiều hy vọng. Báo cáo thị trường Q3/2020 của Batdongsan.com.vn cho thấy, BĐS công nghiệp có sự tăng trưởng ấn tượng, các khu công nghiệp đều tăng trưởng lượng tìm kiếm trong Q3/2020. Cụ thể, trong Q3/2020, cả nước đã có 369 khu công nghiệp (KCN) được thành lập, tăng 33 KCN so với thời điểm Q2/2020 và 280 KCN đi vào hoạt động, tăng 19 KCN so với Q2/2020.

For the first time in Vietnam, an international design competition for a multi-storey factory complex has been organized at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port, opening a new approach to industrial park development – where architecture, operations, and investment efficiency converge.
On the morning of April 29, at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, in coordination with local authorities, held the groundbreaking ceremony for a multi-storey factory cluster, a 110kV power system, and the commencement of the worker and expert housing project.
