Trao chứng nhận đủ điều kiện thu hút nhà đầu tư thứ cấp_ en
Ngày 12/10 tại TP Long An, ông Nguyễn Thành Thanh, Trưởng Ban quản lý Khu kinh tế tỉnh Long An làm trưởng đoàn, phối hợp cùng Sở Xây dựng, Sở Giao thông Vận tải, Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường, UBND huyện Cần Đước đã có buổi kiểm tra xây dựng hạ tầng khu công nghiệp Cầu Cảng IMG Phước Đông.
Trưởng Ban quản lý Khu kinh tế tỉnh Long An và đại diện Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường, Sở Xây Dựng, Sở Giao thông Vận tải, UBND huyện Cần Đước nhận thấy hạ tầng KCN hoàn thiện theo đúng giấy phép xây dựng và chỉ đạo của UBND Tỉnh tại Công văn số 7275/UBND-KT ngày 24/12/2019 và thống nhất cho phép tiếp nhận nhà đầu tư thứ cấp vào Khu công nghiệp cầu cảng IMG Phước Đông. Sự kiện đánh dấu thành quả lao động cật lực của tập thể cán bộ công nhân viên công ty IMG Phước Đông. Với mục tiêu xây dựng KCN Cầu cảng Phước Đông trở thành khu công nghiệp kiểu mới, theo hướng phát triển xanh, bền vững, KCN sau khi hoàn thành sẽ thu hút nhà đầu tư vào hoạt động sản xuất nhằm góp phần phát triển kinh tế xã hội của tỉnh Long An.
Tại KCN Cầu cảng IMG Phước Đông công tác giải phóng mặt bằng đã đạt 100%, xây dựng hoàn chỉnh nhà máy xử lý nước thải, hạ tầng kỹ thuật, giao thông, nhà điều hành, hàng rào, đấu nối điện đầy đủ đúng theo giấy phép xây dựng đã được cấp và đạt tiêu chuẩn tiếp nhận nhà đầu tư thứ cấp. Khu công nghiệp đã có đầy đủ hồ sơ pháp lý và giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất (GCNQSDĐ) cho từng vị trí. Điều này vô cùng có lợi cho các nhà đầu tư thứ cấp nhận tài trợ vốn của ngân hàng ACB ( Đối tác chiến lược)

Khu công nghiệp Cầu cảng IMG Phước Đông có tổng diện tích 128.8 ha, trong đó, đất công nghiệp là 92.39 ha. Giao thông thuận tiện, cách Sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất: 39 Km, Cách Cảng QT Long An: 19 Km. Hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật hoàn chỉnh, tiện ích nội khu thuận lợi, sử dụng hệ thống pin năng lượng mặt trời thân thiện với môi trường. Ngoài ra KCN Cầu Cảng Phước Đông nằm trong vùng kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam. Giao thông thuận tiện đường bộ và đường thủy. Nguồn nhân nhân lực dồi dào tại các tỉnh lân cận và nhân lực chất lượng cao từ TP.HCM thu hút sự quan tâm từ các chuyên gia nước ngoài. KCN Cầu Cảng IMG Phước Đông được nhận định sẽ như “thỏi nam châm” “hút “nhà đầu tư thứ cấp trong tương lai rất gần.

On the morning of April 29, at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, in coordination with local authorities, held the groundbreaking ceremony for a multi-storey factory cluster, a 110kV power system, and the commencement of the worker and expert housing project.
