Tay Ninh provincial leaders work at Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park

On 20/01/2026, Mr. Le Van Han, President of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, and Mr. Huynh Van Son, Vice President of the Provincial People’s Committee, together with the working delegation, conducted an on-site inspection and listened to IMG Phuoc Dong’s overview report on the investment, construction, and operation of the Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park – one of the largest industrial parks, playing an important role in Tay Ninh’s industrial and logistics development.

At the meeting, IMG Phuoc Dong representatives presented in detail the master plan, the implementation progress of functional sub-zones, investment attraction orientation, and the industrial park’s development potential in the coming period.

IMG Phuoc Dong stated that Phuoc Dong Port Industrial Park is planned in a synchronized manner, closely integrating industrial production – logistics – support services, gradually forming a modern industrial ecosystem that is environmentally friendly and aligned with Tay Ninh’s socio-economic development orientation.

In addition to the achieved results, IMG Phuoc Dong also frankly reported difficulties and obstacles during project implementation, especially related to:

• Legal procedures in investment, construction, and planning adjustments

• Power infrastructure investment to ensure a stable supply meeting the needs of secondary investors

• Coordinated technical infrastructure connectivity inside and outside the industrial park

Proposal to develop housing and schools for workers
At the meeting, IMG Phuoc Dong proposed several important directions to Tay Ninh provincial leaders to support sustainable regional development, emphasizing:

• Developing housing for experts and workers working in the industrial park

• Developing social infrastructure facilities in the commune in line with workers’ practical needs

• Proposing the construction of a high-standard upper secondary school (high school), contributing to improved education quality and social welfare in the area

These proposals received attention and candid discussion from the provincial leaders and participating departments and agencies.

Provincial leaders acknowledge efforts and accompany the enterprise
In his remarks at the meeting, the President of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee highly appreciated IMG Phuoc Dong’s efforts in investing in industrial park infrastructure in a systematic manner with a long-term vision, and affirmed that Tay Ninh Province always accompanies and supports enterprises within the framework of the law.

The provincial leadership also assigned relevant departments and agencies to continue coordinating to remove difficulties – especially regarding legal procedures and technical infrastructure – creating favorable conditions for IMG Phuoc Dong as well as secondary investors to develop stably and sustainably over the long term.
