IMG Phuoc Dong partners with Tay Ninh Province to develop an integrated industrial – social infrastructure – education complex.

In celebration of the 51st anniversary of the Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2026), on the morning of April 29, the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, in coordination with IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the multi-storey factory cluster, the 110kV transmission line and substation (TL & SS), and the commencement ceremony for the worker and expert housing project at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port (Tan Lan Commune).

The event was attended by leaders of Tay Ninh Province, along with representatives from various departments, agencies, and enterprises, marking a significant milestone in the province’s strategy to integrate industrial development with social welfare and education.

The project spans approximately 22 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 3,623 billion and a total gross floor area exceeding 495,000 sqm. The modern multi-storey factory model is designed to optimize land use, integrating production, services, and support functions, thereby enhancing infrastructure efficiency and reducing operational costs for enterprises.

At the same time, the synchronized investment in a 110kV power system and related technical infrastructure will further complete the modern industrial ecosystem of Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port. This model strengthens the linkage between manufacturing, logistics, and services, enhancing supply chain integration and improving the park’s competitiveness in the context of global economic integration.

In parallel with industrial development, the worker and expert housing project is being implemented to meet accommodation needs, stabilize living conditions for employees, improve workforce quality, and ensure sustainable social welfare.

Speaking at the ceremony, leaders of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee expressed confidence that the project will be completed on schedule and put into effective operation, contributing to economic restructuring and sustainable development of the province. They also emphasized the importance of ensuring project progress, quality standards, environmental compliance, and occupational safety.

Notably, as part of the program, the company’s representative presented a symbolic sponsorship to IMG Tay Ninh High School, with a total value of approximately VND 150 billion, demonstrating a long-term commitment to supporting local education development.
