TAY NINH ADDS A VND 3,600+ BILLION INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE CLUSTER AT PHUOC DONG INDUSTRIAL PARK & PORT
On the morning of April 29, at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park & Port (Tay Ninh), IMG Phuoc Dong Joint Stock Company, in coordination with local authorities, held the groundbreaking ceremony for a multi-storey factory cluster, a 110kV power system, and the commencement of the worker and expert housing project. With a total investment exceeding VND 3,623 billion, the project is expected to provide a strong impetus for green and sustainable industrial development in the region.

On the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2026), the groundbreaking ceremony for this large-scale infrastructure complex was held with the participation of Tay Ninh provincial leaders, representatives from departments and agencies, as well as business partners.
With a total investment of over VND 3,623 billion, the project is one of the key developments aimed at completing the industrial ecosystem in the area. Notably, the large-scale multi-storey factory cluster, combined with the 110kV power infrastructure, will ensure a stable electricity supply to meet the growing demands of industrial production.
The synchronized development of technical infrastructure and factory facilities not only enhances the capacity to accommodate large-scale manufacturing projects but also strengthens competitiveness in attracting FDI inflows, particularly in high-tech, green industry, and logistics sectors.
In parallel, the worker and expert housing project will contribute to completing the social infrastructure within the industrial park. This is a critical factor in improving living standards and creating a stable, long-term working environment for both employees and professionals.
The entire complex is oriented toward a green and smart industrial park model, aligned with modern production trends and sustainable development goals. Upon completion, the project is expected to drive local economic growth while enhancing Tay Ninh’s position on the investment map of Southern Vietnam.
As part of the program, IMG Phuoc Dong also organized an international design competition award ceremony, signed cooperation agreements with partners and clients, and presented a sponsorship of VND 150 billion for the construction of IMG Tan Lan High School, reaffirming its long-term commitment to supporting local socio-economic development.
